Restamp

Reprint labels you already paid for

How it works

Three steps from business account to label.

  1. 01

    Setup

We connect your Swiss Post business customer account to the Digital Commerce API and your franking licence – and set up your label printer.

  2. 02

    Create

Enter an address or pick one from the address book, choose product and weight tier, confirm the template. One minute per label.

  3. 03

    Print & track

Send the label straight to the printer or download the PDF. Afterwards the list shows you where every parcel is.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you resell postage?

No. label24 works with your own franking licence. Every franked label is billed by Swiss Post directly to you – at the conditions of your customer contract.

What do I need?

A Swiss Post business customer account, a franking licence for PostPac and access to the Digital Commerce API. We request the API access together with you during setup.

Which printers are supported?

Zebra printers with ZPL at 203 dpi (e.g. GK420, ZD220) over the network or USB, Brother QL-720NW on 62 mm continuous tape – and any printer via the PDF (102 × 76 mm or A4 with a cut line).

Can I use my own design?

Yes. Brand line, sender block and layout are stored as a template; the barcode area stays exactly as Swiss Post requires it. One template in your design is included in the setup.

Is Liechtenstein supported?

Yes. Swiss Post treats Liechtenstein as domestic: same products, same prices, same address validation (ZIP 9485–9498).

Where is the data hosted?

The application runs in Switzerland or in the EU. E-mails (sign-in links, invitations) are sent through Resend in the EU region. Details are in the privacy policy.
